Finance contracts are contracts used in accordance with securities law to allow individually negotiated agreements involving commodities, currencies, or interests of an economic or financial nature.

Financial contracts are most commonly encountered when the other party receives a quote or offer or is based on the other party’s desire to fulfill its objectives.
